Refund policy

We want you to love THE GOOD STORE! Our business is built on service and quality, so if you are not in love with your purchase, we will immediately provide you with a solution. Any unused item, in the original packaging, can be returned within 15 days of the ship dates for a full refund. Return shipping is free of charge. Once you apply for refund, we will pick up your item within 2 business days.

How to apply for a refund:

1- Simply email us your order ID and the items you wish to return at info@thegoodstore.me 

2- Alternatively, you may log in into your account. Simply provide your email ID and you will get a single use OTP by e-mail. Once you are signed in, you will immediately see your order and the option to refund.
